Neste ano, a festa aconteceu ontem, 5 de maio, e como sempre tem a presença de diversos artistas que concorrem em diversas categorias em quase 7 horas de apresentação. E a apresentação é transmitida ao vivo pelas rádios locais e nos clubes de blues para quem não conseguiu acesso ao evento.
Para quem acompanha o mundo do Blues, é uma oportunidade de conhecer novos nomes e os lançamentos que estão mais em evidência.
E a festa este ano celebrou o pianista Pinetop Perkins, que faleceu em março último, além de Solomon Burke e Robin Rogers entre os homenageados.
